Returns & Exchanges
Unless an item has arrived damaged or inedible, we do not accept returns and, or exchanges. Please contact us if you think your items were delivered in such condition.
Due to the nature of our products, we will not be able to accommodate any inquiries more then 24hrs after delivery. Upon receiving your delivery please check your items and contact us as soon as possible if needed.
For those living in the New England area and beyond (VT, CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, and NY) we ship using UPS Ground to your door overnight. For customers living outside of these states, please contact us for special shipping options.
All of our fish is "super-frozen" to maintain peak freshness. Super-frozen fish thaws as it is shipped overnight in order to ensure that your fish arrives ready for preparation.
*All orders for overnight delivery must be placed by 12pm the day before. Request for delivery on Tuesday must be placed by Noon on Monday.*
